- Please consider the guidelines which I have suggested for our troop planning conference.
- Please be prepared to discuss our troop goals and troop program features. What are the goals of our troop in 2000/2001? What shall we choose for monthly program features so that we can achieve our goals?
- Please be prepared to discuss ideas for fundraising events for our troop.
- Please be prepared to note any possible conflicts with the scheduling of events during our planning sessions on Saturday, (e.g. bring your personal calendar).
- It will be helpful to have a copy of the CCP Calendar, your family calendar, and your personal calendar.
- Please bring any suggestions for troop events to the planning sessions on Saturday.
- Supper will be provided Friday night.
- Please bring your personal gear for an overnighter on Friday night.
- Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on Saturday.
- Each Scout will be charged $7.50 to cover the cost of the 3 meals for this event.
- Please bring $7.50 and a signed permission slip to this event.
