In lieu of an acting Troop Scribe, the Scoutmaster agreed to act as
Troop Scribe for this meeting. |

The minutes for the previous meeting on November 22, 2005 were read and accepted. |

Nathan reported that he has not made any further progress on the flag. |
|
Dr. McCarthy reported that Ethan wrote thank you cards to GM. Mr. Cunningham reported that
he delivered these notes to GM and that they were very impressed with our troop's thoughtfulness in sending these cards. |
|
Nathan reported that he has not yet asked Ethan to inventory the troop's first aid kit. |
|
Nathan reported that our Scouts were asked at the Troop Meeting on December 6 to submit
their entries for the Meal Planning Contest at the Troop Meeting on December 13, but no Scouts submitted entries
at that meeting. |
|
Dr. McCarthy reminded the PLC that Scouts purchasing groceries must get their purchases approved
by the Scoutmaster and the SPL before purchasing these groceries. |
|
Dr. McCarthy reviewed the agenda for Scout Sunday drawn up by Pastor Ed Owens of Olivet Baptist
Church. The PLC accepted this agenda. |
