  • Please consider the guidelines which I have suggested for our troop planning conference.
  • Please be prepared to discuss our troop goals and troop program features. What are the goals of our troop in 2003? What shall we choose for monthly program features so that we can achieve our goals?
  • Please be prepared to discuss ideas for fundraising events for our troop.
  • Please be prepared to note any possible conflicts with the scheduling of events during our planning sessions on Friday and Saturday, (e.g. bring your personal calendar).
  • It will be helpful to have a copy of your family calendar, and your personal calendar.
  • Please bring any suggestions for troop events to the planning sessions on Friday and Saturday.
