Let G be a finite groups, p a prime, S a Sylow p-subgroups of G and P a p-minimal subgroup of G containing S. Let H be the subgroup of G generated by the p-minmal subgrousp of G containing S different from P. In this paper we investigated the structure of G if H is not equal to G.
