* Evening troop meetings are scheduled from 7:00 p.m. until8:30 p.m. Boards of Review are scheduled during these EveningTroop Meetings on the months during which we have our quarterlyCourts of Honor. As the year progresses, the Patrol Leaders' Councilmay decide to replace the first Evening Troop Meeting of any particularmonth, other than those on which we have scheduled a quarterlyBoard of Review, by another activity (e.g. Town Council Meeting,YMCA swim, D.A.R.E. presentation, a seminar on Constitutionalrights and obligations). These activities may be scheduled onany day during the week of the given Evening Troop Meeting.
** We plan to camp with the 53rd Windsor District Scout Troopof Canada in bunk house "C" at Camp Cedarwin at a costof $0.00. We will be traveling for about 45 minutes on Saturdaymorning to Point Pelee. We will have to pay Point Pelee the dailyfee for admission (which Scouter Jack of the 53rd estimates asbeing about $3.00 per scout).
*** Patrol Leaders' Council Meetings are scheduled for thesame time as evening troop meetings. But they are not regulartroop meetings. According to the BSA Junior Leader Handbook, the Patrol Leaders' Council is the "decision-making team. The Patrol Leaders' Council plans the annual program, then the weeklymeetings leading up to the monthly outdoor adventure."
*** We intend to have a special Board of Review for Scouts who have recently completed their advancement requirements.

* There will be a Troop Meeting at each CCP Scouting Morning. This CCP activity begins at 9:30 a.m.
** Scouting Morning Makeups will take place at the same time as Evening Troop Meetings. Those Scouts who have missed at least one Scouting Morning in a given month are required to attend the Scouting Morning Makeup for that month.
*** CCP Family Nights will begin at 6:45 p.m. Although we willnot have regular troop meetings at these events, they are TroopActivities and each scout should wear his uniform to these events.
**** This is a quarterly Board of Review. Each Scout is to be reviewed at this Board of Review regardless of whether or not he is ready to advance a rank. Our Advancement Specialist should ensure that we have adequate leadership from our Troop Committee to conduct each of our Boards of Review.

* This event will take place at the Scoutmaster's home. Weplan to campout overnight on Friday evening on the Scoutmaster'sproperty.
** Two of our quarterly courts of honor are scheduled during CCP Family Nights. At this quarterly Court of Honor, we plan to recognize our Scouts for any rank advancements and merit badges which they have earned since our last Court of Honor on August 31, 2000.

* We have reserved lodging for the weekend at Camp Kiwanis. We plan to gather at Camp Kiwanis at 4:00 p.m. to conduct a fund raising event. We also hope that the Webelos will join us for events on Saturday.
