Method: This is not a speed relay. Patrols line up in relay formation, with two "victims" in front of each. On signal, one member of each patrol runs up to rescue victim from smoke-filled room. The rescuer takes the victim to the starting line. A second member of the patrol runs up to rescue the second victim.
Scoring: The patrol bringing the most victims correctly to the starting line wins.
