PINEWOOD DERBY

10:00 am, Saturday, June 9, 2001

Pre-Inspection: By appointment with Scott Huffaker 669-3076 or at the CCP banquet or the next CCP Scouting morning.

Bring to the Derby: This is an all day family event. Bring your car! Please bring snacks, and beverages for your family.

Final Inspection: All cars must pass a final inspection on raceday. All weight and lubrication must be added before the race. Once inspected and checked in cars cannot be altered. In the event of a damaging accident that requires a pit stop for repairs, cars will be re-inspected before racing again.

Classic Car Show: Show off your pinewood derby car from previous years. There will be a table set up just for the classics.

Location: Trinity United Methodist Church. Inspection, Race, Opening Ceremony, and Award Ceremony will take place in the old chapel. The fellowship hall will be available for lunches and other activities.
