Patrol Meetings 20 minutes	Review calendar. Inform Scouts about YMCA Swim	PL	7:35 p.m.
Interpatrol Activity 20 minutes	Roman Chariot Race (timed)	SPL	7:55 p.m.
Closing 5 minutes	Scoutmaster's Minute	SM	8:15 p.m.
After the Meeting 10 minutes	Troop takes down troop meeting plan and flags, while Patrol Leaders Council reviews the next meeting and plans for the outing.	SPL	8:20 p.m.
