Skills Instruction 20 minutes	New Scouts Work on Merit Badges and advancement.	SPL	7:15 p.m. call for wrap-up at 7:30 p.m.
Skills Instruction 20 minutes	Experienced Scouts Work on Merit Badges.	SPL	7:15 p.m. call for wrap-up at 7:30 p.m.
Patrol Meetings 20 minutes	Record activities, advancement, and attendance. Review calendar. Work on patrol flag.	PL	7:35 p.m. call for wrap-up at 7:50 p.m.
Interpatrol Activity 20 minutes	Play Sleeping Pirate (from Troop Program Resources).	SPL	7:55 p.m. call for wrap-up at 8:10 p.m.
Closing 5 minutes	Scoutmaster's Minute	SM	8:15 p.m.
After the Meeting 10 minutes	Troop takes down this troop meeting plan, flags, and advancement poster, while Patrol Leaders Council reviews the next meeting and plans for the outing.	SPL	8:20 p.m.
