| Jacob reported that Scout Sunday on January 15, 2006 went well. Dr. McCarthy expressed his hopes that this event would become an annual tradition in Troop 272. |

| Nate reported that the first session of the Charlotte Merit Badge Blitz, on January 21, 2006, went well.He mentioned that the Aviation Merit Badge Counselor did not attend this first session, so Nate was not able to get started on this merit badge at the first session. He hopes to begin work on this merit badge at the second session of this blitz, on April 15, 2006. |

| Dr. McCarthy reported that Ethan inventoried the troop's first aid kit andput his report into a yellow loose leaf binder entitled "Inventory". |

| Nate and Jacob agreed to participate in the Webelos Crossover. Nate agreed to take care of the shoulder epaulets for the new Scouts. Jacob agreed to handle the neckerchiefs for the new Scouts. |
| The PLC agreed that Troop 272 would not provide transportation to the Eagle Bound Merit Badge Blitzor the YMCA Lock-In, February 10-11, 2006. |
| The PLC adopted a program for the Court of Honor which included a Friends of Scouting Presentation, a Northwoods Orientation, and a reception of our new Scouts from the Webelos Crossover. |
