With a lot of hard work, beginning with our Troop Program Planning Conference on Friday-Saturday, January 9-10, 2004, the Patrol Leaders' Council of Troop 272 did a great job in putting together a plan for 2004. We will soon present these plans to our Troop Committee for their approval and support.
