9:00 a.m. Flag Raising - Assembly - Rotation of Scoutmasters SPL
9:30 a.m. Return to campsites and work on campsite improvements - O.A. elections SPL
10:30 a.m. Individuals running games, setup at assigned locations SPL
11:00 a.m. Lunch preparation Patrol cooks
11:20 a.m. Lunch Patrol cooks
11:40 a.m. Cleanup Patrol cooks
12:00 p.m. Assembly of Patrols at Flags - Individuals responsible for game to game location SPL
12:15 p.m. Games begin SPL
3:45 p.m. Games end SPL
4:00 p.m. Assembly for the presentation of awards for games SPL
4:30 p.m. Return to campsites - begin cooking fires if required Patrol cooks
5:00 p.m. Start dinner preparation Patrol cooks
5:30 p.m. Pick up assigned meal guest in front of Sparrow Lodge Patrol cooks
6:00 p.m. Dinner Patrol cooks
6:30 p.m. Cleanup and rehearsal of skits, songs and run ons Patrol cooks
7:30 p.m. Sub-camp evening activities. SPL
8:30 p.m. Return to campsites & wait for O.A. to pick you up for the campfire SPL
9:00 p.m. Campfire & O.A. Tap out SPL
10:00 p.m. Return to campsite and having troop cracker barrels SPL
10:30 p.m. Quiet Hours begin SPL

7:30 a.m. Rise & shine SPL
8:00 a.m. Breakfast preparation Patrol cooks

9:00 a.m. Tear down campsites & pack vehicles SPL
10:30 a.m. Scouts Own followed by Troop and Patrol Awards - handout camporee ribbons SPL
11:00 a.m. Leave for home if campsites have been inspected and approved, patches will be presented by inspector at this time SPL
