2003 Council Wide Roundtable

WHEN: January 9, 2003

Registration starts at 5:45

Dinner starts at 6:15 p.m.

Program starts at 7:00 p.m. & ends by 9:00 p.m.

WHERE: Holt Junior High School

5780 West Holt Road, Holt

(On Holt road between Grovenburg Rd. & Washington Rd)

WHO: All ADULT volunteer leaders are encouraged to attend

WHAT: The evening's program will include the following:

Camp Promotion presentations & Unit Leader/Parent Guides Family Friends of Scouting presentation & Unit Leader Guide Fall Popcorn Sales Unit Recognition Display tables/Information on: Future Training courses, Camping Programs, Activities, & Civic Service, Advancement & Recognition, order of the Arrow, International Scouting, and Spring Popcorn sales. Food, Fun, Fellowship, and Door Prizes

COST: FREE If you pre-register (in writing) with the Council Service Center by Friday, January 3rd. After January 3rd, the cost at the door is $4.00 per adult attending.
