The authors introduce a natural construction of fundamental domains for actions of subgroups of the mapping class group acting on Teichmuller space and investigate their properties. These domains are analogous to the classical Dirichlet polyhedra associated to the actions of discrete isometry groups on hyperbolic spaces. Z ‹‰ .
