Global boundary problems in non-smooth Riemannian manifolds

In this talk we discuss natural boundary problems for strongly elliptic, formally self-adjoint, second order systems of PDE's. The emphasis is on the global representation of solutions in terms of double and single layer potential operators. The geometrical context is that of Lipschitz domains in Riemannian manifolds equipped with a rough metric tensor.
