Background
I am a mathematician working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics at Michigan State University, where my mentor is Professor Jeffrey Schenker. I recently completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics at UC Davis where my advisor was Professor Bruno Nachtergaele.
Research Interest
My research field is mathematical physics and I am interested in problems at the interface of quantum statistical mechanics and quantum information science. Connections between these fields often arise in the context of quantum spin systems. Currently, my research focuses on the analysis of stability properties of topologically ordered states.
